Terms and Conditions

All families register for one item, Music Together® Online. Should we return to in-person classes, we will ask you to choose a first and second choice class from our offerings. If we do not offer a time that works for your schedule, you may choose to apply the prorated balance as a credit toward a future semester, or donate it to a scholarship to help a family in need. If you live too far away to attend an in-person class, you may contact us to make alternative arrangements. We understand these are unprecedented times, and we want to do everything we can to make it an easy and joyful time for your family.

Should you or someone in your family become ill, and therefore unable to enjoy our online offerings, please contact us ASAP and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Our classes are offered in the form of videos which can be viewed and re-viewed at your convenience, so there is no need for makeups. Should we return to in-person classes, makeups will be unlimited, and will be scheduled using our online Makeup Scheduler (which will be made available when in-person classes resume).

See our tuition information for more details about available discounts. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively. If you have trouble with a discount code, contact us for assistance. Gift certificates and referral credits are non-transferrrable.

Cancellations and Refunds:
You may cancel your registration for any reason up to 48 hours before your first class. You will be refunded your tuition minus a $45 cancellation fee. We regret we cannot offer any refunds after that period. 

Each registered family receives one professionally recorded CD, a beautifully-illustrated songbook with family activity suggestions, a special code for the Family Music Zone where you can download the semester's music from our global Music Together® website, and a quarterly e-newsletter featuring activity suggestions and other fun features. First-time families also receive a parent guide, "Music And Your Child". There are 9 different collections rotated over a period of 3 years. Receiving curriculum materials is not optional.
