Terms and Conditions

Siblings:
Siblings in the same class (two children in a Mixed Age class, two children in Rhythm Kids, or two children in our Babies class) will pay for only the first child. Siblings enrolled in separate classes (one child in Mixed Age, older sibling in Rhythm Kids) will pay our Second Class Addition Sibling Fee, $120.

Makeups:
In lieu of make-up classes, we are allowing each family to visit UNLIMITED Mixed Age Classes over the course of the semester. All additional pre-recorded video content will be availabe on-demand as well. 

What if Businesses Re-Open:
Out of an abundance of caution, Ring-a-Ding Sing! will not return to in-person classes in Winter 2021. We will continue with our online format minimally until the end of this semester, and will re-assess possibilities for Spring at a later date. 

Discounts:
See our tuition information for more details about available discounts. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively. If you have trouble with a discount code, contact us for assistance. Gift certificates and referral credits are non-transferrrable.

Cancellations and Refunds:
You may cancel your registration for any reason up to 48 hours before your first class. You will be refunded your tuition minus a $45 cancellation fee. We regret we cannot offer any refunds after that period. 

Materials:
Each registered family receives one professionally recorded CD, a beautifully-illustrated songbook with family activity suggestions, a special code for the Family Music Zone where you can download the semester's music from our global Music Together® website, and a quarterly e-newsletter featuring activity suggestions and other fun features. First-time families also receive a parent guide, "Music And Your Child". There are 9 different collections rotated over a period of 3 years. Receiving curriculum materials is not optional.
